I received my training from the School of Applied Functional Medicine and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I gained a deep understanding of the intricate mechanisms connecting all systems in the body. This training taught me how chronic symptoms and disease are often interwoven and how Functional Medicine principles, combined with innovative coaching methods and practical lifestyle techniques, can help untangle these complexities.
